Andrea
Larsen is a Licensed Nutritional Consultant and the creator of Ultimate
Nutrition & Health. Andrea is a successful innovator, educator and
lecturer in the field of Holistic Health and Natural Healing for over
twenty years. Andrea’s goal to share her wealth of knowledge, information
and experience has created a unique style of counseling which compliments
her strong background in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Andrea created
Ultimate Nutrition & Health as a center of synergistic healing modalities
performed by highly skilled and experienced practitioners to offer you
the ultimate in alternative and complimentary health care. Andrea has
a very unique and eclectic style of counseling and teaching. Her clients
experience a very extensive consultation taking into consideration their
genetics, background and lifestyle. From this information a program is
tailored for the individual to be comfortably integrated with their life
and personal needs. Andrea believes that if an individual is educated
with information that “makes sense” to them, and a program
that is designed to be feasible, the person will follow it and ultimately
attain their goal.

Massage Therapist
Meredith
McKenna Taggart is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a
background in Physical Education, Health and Recreation and completed
her college education as a Registered Nurse. After working as a nurse
for three years she became a Licensed Massage Therapist. For more than
fifteen years she has studied in depth bodywork and is certified in St.
John’s Neuromuscular Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage and Interactive
Guided Imagery. Meredith is a truly dedicated body worker whose insatiable
thirst for knowledge in her field has led her to successfully complete
curriculums in Myofascial Release and Cranial sacral Therapy and Reflexology.
For acute pain relief or a thorough rejuvenation Meredith will make a
believer out of you.

Licensed Psychotherapist
Rosario
Garrido holds a master’s degree in science and is a licensed
mental health counselor, a licensed marriage and family therapist and
holds CAAP certification (Certified Associate Addiction Professional).
Rosario is also certified in clinical hypnotherapy, a Neurolinguistic
Programming (NLP) Practitioner, an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
(EMDR) practitioner and a Time Line Therapy practitioner. Rosario’s
knowledge across a broad spectrum of techniques serve as catalysts during
the therapeutic process in creating rapid change.
Rosario has over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field and has conducted lectures, workshops and retreats on self-empowerment and self- actualization both nationally and internationally. Rosario utilizes her intensive training, diverse experience and deep understanding of the unconscious mind to help the client access the origin of reactions, attitudes, limiting beliefs or unhealthy behaviors. Rosario’s deep honor and respect for the individuality of each person create a safe and inviting atmosphere for clients to awaken within their highest potential.

Live Blood Cell Screening
Ultimate Nutrition & Health frequently hosts Live Blood Cell
Screenings, utilizing the skill and technology of a Dark Cell
Microscope. Your live blood cells are observed by a microscopist, which
enables us to see many nutritional disorders. This evaluation can assist
in the correction and prevention of many dysfunctions in the body. We
also videotape your blood in order to compare it with following evaluations.
